Use Beijing +8 Timezone and synced with correct current Date and Time via “time.nist.gov” server:

Project Details

WORK HOURS

You are expected to work 2-8 hours a day or at least 10-20 days in one month. Your working hours are flexible but you must meet the quota of 40 hours within a month cycle. In case you may want to work for more than 8 hours a day or more than 20 days a month to get higher pay, is allowed.

RATES

Rates vary with your qualified approved squares/roofs, every 800 squares/roofs is Php100 (Building Repair Project), experienced labelers earn 50-150php+/hour depending on the speed, quality and output. Please note that payout is given every 4 weeks.

TIME MONITORING

Please note that your number of hours will be monitored by the software that you are using. It will only count your active hours, idle moments shall not be counted.

CHARGES

Xfnite charges Service Fees for each payment the client makes, 4% Management fee, P80.00($1.50) and 12% Admin fee will be deducted.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL

Your work will be reviewed by Checkers, then your tasks must be approved by Judgers.

training

Once you have passed the initial screening, you shall undergo a 7-day training. The training is divided into Five (5) parts:

“TRAINING IS FLEXIBLE, SO YOU CAN START ANYTIME YOU WANT”

Phase 1: Pre-course Exam

The first part of the training will be reviewing the guides and taking the Training Course Exam which lasts for 15 minutes only, once you are done with the course, you may now proceed with the Live Training.

Phase 2: Live Training Module

The second part of the training consists of 34+ training tasks that you need to finish within 1 - 3 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys. your account will be secured from deletion/blocklist after you finish the 34+ training tasks.

Phase 3: Rules and Guidelines

The third part of the training will be reviewing the Rules and Guidelines for preparation of the actual work which lasts for 1 - 2 hours.

Phase 4: Land Cover Project Training

The fourth part of the training consists of 17+ Land Cover training tasks that you need to finish within 1 - 3 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys.

Phase 5: Actual Live Labeling with Pay

You will be paid 100php per 800 qualified features, experienced labelers can work 800 qualified features per hour, for trainees, let's say you finished 800 qualified features within 4 hours, you’ll only earn 100php

Based on the chart below, labelers earn less on their first 100 hours and increase as they invest more time working.

Just need to repair the system generated labels, all labels in the whole task will be credited to you including those you didn't touch.

NOTE:

34+ Initial Training Tasks should be done within 2 weeks. Once you are inactive for 14 days, and yet training is not finished. The system will automatically blocklist you. Time starts once you login using our software, so make sure that the training is done within the allowable time frame. Once you have completed and passed the Training, you may now start working with Xfnite.

UPDATE: Cut-off every 15th and 30th of the month. Posting of Salaries every 5th and 20th of next month. Distribution every 10th and 25th day of next month.

Salaries will be every 10th and 25th day of every month. Salaries are project based and only finished projects will be paid, project cut-offs within 15th and 30th of the month will be calculated on 5th and 20th and distributed on 10th and 25th of next month.

Example, if you started working 1st - 15th of the month of October, your name won’t get listed on the 20th October Salary sheet, instead your name will be listed on the 5th of November, it means some newbies will get their first pay for a month.
